Regrid:_ **Every county 1x per year (excepting obstinate counties). 45% of parcels nationally updated 2x per year, and 25% nationally 4x per year. We are set up to receive monthly updates for any counties that have changed. Regrid publishes a Transparent coverage report that conveys the last refresh date for counties. Below are some of the most frequently asked questions when it comes to data in CamoAg?
 

I know this farm sold X months ago, but the previous owner still appears on the map layer. Why is that?

• CamoAg can only display the data we are sent by our providers
• Our data providers can only send data they are given by the Counties and States
• While a County’s website may show updated owner information, GIS data, or Parcel IDs, that doesn’t mean the county has shared that information with Regrid which means Regrid is unable to send updated information to CamoAg
• When different people across different counties record information, there are bound to be inconsistencies.  For example, ABC Farms, LLC  owns land in two different counties. County X recorded the owner name as ABC Farms, LLC  while County Y recorded the owner name as A B C Farms, LLC. That small difference may impact your search results.

Why am I not able to see some information for a state?

• The Operator, Mortgage, and UCC Filing Buyer layers will display information only in your organization’s subscribed states and counties. If your organization has a subscription for a specific state or county and you are unable to see the information, please submit a support request.

How is data in CamoAg matched up? Example: The person I am researching is a contact in our CRM, but the map shows they are not a contact, why?

• Data is matched up based on addresses, not name
  • Example: CRM contacts are matched to data in the platform based on address. If address entered into your CRM is different from the address associated  with the Owner, Operator, or in a UCC filing, the platform will have difficulty matching.
