Creating a CMA requires a CamoAg subscription and edit permission on the farm. Anyone with read access can view a CMA that already exists.

Market Analysis Summary
Market Analysis Summary
Your valuation for the property — total value and price per acre — broken out by acreage type. Edit Value changes it; CamoAg prompts you to enter a final figure factoring in available data and market conditions. Hide in report leaves the estimate out of the PDF while keeping it on screen.
Estimated Market Value
Estimated Market Value
On automated analyses, CamoAg’s own estimate stands in for the summary, with a confidence level attached.
Comparable Farms
Comparable Farms
The sales the valuation is built from, listed and mapped. Update Farms changes which comps are included.
Market Trends
Market Trends
Area sales trends surrounding the analysis. Shown on prepared CMAs, not automated ones.
Exporting
